bottom heavy. The women are not many at the managerial level
where decisions are taken. This is very poor to the women folk. We are actually
trying to empower our women to uplift themselves and also appealing to the men
to try to bring more women to the top so that there can be balance in whatever
we are doing.”

university community for the need for importance of women in every community
and here we are condemning all social vices among our female students. We are
saying no to cultism,no to sexual harassment, no to indecent dressing and no to
abortion.”
